Hello friends,
I am thrilled to have you join me on musings all about how to avoid burnout while becoming a more mindful leader.
From someone who has travelled the burnout road three times (!) I can safely say it’s not one I’m planning on going down again.
I’ll be sharing my favourite resources that help keep us connected, curious, and courageous as we learn more about ourselves and how we show up as leaders in our lives and at work.
First up, one of my all-time favourites is a grounding exercise that lands us in our five senses.
Hopefully, you feel that much calmer and more centred. Please feel free to do this whenever you feel activated and in need of some downregulation.
As leaders is important to be present, to allow ourselves the time and space between one activity, conversation, meeting, task etc. and the next.
These 3 minutes are small but mighty in helping you shift and pause.
